Decasa Hotel is a contemporary city hotel in Nairobi’s CBD. Casual, comfortable, and set up for a proper stay: 64 rooms, a restaurant and bar, conference halls, and outside catering.
The hotel sits on Upper River Road, opposite KCB Bank. Business guests, families, and visitors in transit use it as a base in the city centre.

Kenyan plates, cooked in-house, served in a clean dining room. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hotel guests and walk-in diners. 24-hour room service if you would rather eat upstairs.

Breakfast, lunch, and the bar
Ordinary or executive breakfast. Lunch buffets with beef stew, grilled chicken, fish, mukimo, chapati, and kienyeji vegetables. The bar pours drinks and light bites through the evening.
Meetings
Conference halls in the CBD
A main hall for up to 100 people and a smaller hall for up to 80. Theatre, classroom, or U-shape. Used for seminars, workshops, executive meetings, business lunches, and wedding committees.
Projector and screen: KSh 3,000 per day. Stationery included in packages.

Outside catering
The same kitchen that feeds the hotel goes out to offices, wedding committees, family gatherings, and church or school functions. Menus are built to the guest list and the budget.

Breakfast
Ordinary: African tea, coffee or hot chocolate, fruit, plus 3 snacks (sausages, samosas, mini mandazi, arrowroots or sweet potatoes).
Executive: The above plus juice, yoghurt or porridge, fruit skewers, and 4 snacks (wings, pancakes, boiled eggs, nduma, ngwaci).
Lunch buffet
Ordinary: 2 proteins, 2 starches, kienyeji vegetables, fruit cuts.
Executive: 3 proteins, 3 starches, seasonal vegetables, fruit salad, 500 ml water, soda or fresh juice.
Proteins: African beef stew, grilled chicken, breadcrumbed fish, goat stew. Starches: vegetable rice, chapati, mukimo, ugali, roast potatoes.

- We confirm bookings within 30 minutes, 7 days a week.
- 24-hour reception, restaurant, and room service.
- Housekeeping 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Laundry at a listed rate.
- Security at the door, with Kenya Police backup.
- Children sharing up to 3 years stay free. Sharing with a parent is 50% of the room rate.
